Coil to bar drawing is the most effective drawing method for small and medium size profiles. Our unique technology includes EJP 48 combined drawing machine which is one of the biggest coil to bar drawing systems ever installed in the world, which includes inline non-destructive testing (NDT) equipment, chamfering and automatic packaging equipment and performs coil to bar and bar to bar drawing up to 60.00 mm diameter.

We produce cold drawn bright steel products with 0.5 mm/mt straightness and in accordance with IT 9 tolerance, EN 10278. Whether it is coil to bar or bar to bar drawing, all cold drawn bright steel products we produce meet customers’ expectations for mechanical properties.
